P.A.R.T. is a local traffic safety campaign aimed at reducing the number of fatalities and injuries on community roadways and thoroughfares. Developed by the Providence Master Homeowners Association, in conjunction with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the City of Las Vegas Public Works, Focus Property Group, Capital Consultants Management Corporation and other traffic safety advocates, mobilization efforts are conducted annually.
